Cheese Tasting

As part of health week and our topic in science we decided to look at how microorganisms are used in cheese.  This meant a “last man standing” challenge of who would be brave enough to try a range of different (and quite stinky) cheeses!

We began with some mild and tasty cheeses and worked up to some very blue, strong and smelly ones.  The whole class started and courageously tried the first few cheeses.  Sadly we lost half of the class along the way so that a brave 12 remained for the final one.

How did you do?  Did you like any of them?

I think from the photos, you can see that Mr Waywell didn’t enjoy some of the later ones!
