Apologies for the late post. We have had a power cut for the past 5 hours, thankfully everything is back to normal now.
We’ve arrived safely (the coach cheered when we saw the mansion) and the children where taken off to explore their new surroundings. Everyone was very excited at their rooms and the size of the grounds, especially as Consiton Water is in walking distance.
After lunch we split off into our groups for some team-building activities followed by raft building. Mrs Knight and Mrs Whitehead’s group managed to beat everyone else in the final race! We finished the afternoon with some splashing around and jumping in the water.
After pizza and salad for tea, the children are now out playing games with one of the instructors.
I’ll get some pictures up as soon as I can.
If you leave any comments, I will read them out to the children before bed.
Thanks
